Create & Editing MS Office Document

You will be able to create and edit Microsoft documents in ESecurus DMS as per your specific needs. All you need is an active subscription of Office 365 to work on documents with extensions .docx, .doc, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, and .pptx.

When it comes to creating MS Office documents, you need to click on the icon available next to the Upload button and then select the type of file you would like to create. 

Take look at how you can edit the available MS Office Files:

  • First, you need to get the file uploaded or choose from the one already there in the respective system. 
  • You need to then click on it to avail detail view of the respective file. 
  • You will find the Edit option right beside the file. You need to click on it.
  • In fact, if you allow, multiple users can edit the same file or you can restrict the other users and get the changes done all by yourself. It will be saved automatically.
