As and when you upload your file to our E-Securus DMS system, the preview of the respective file is generated in the background. This means you will be able to see the file right being in the system itself rather than having it to download. You will have previews generated for JPG, PDF, PNG, GIF, DOCx, DOC files, and many others as well. A click on the file will help you have its preview with ease.
But, when it comes to preview generation, this can take some time. It completely depends upon the size of the file and the number of files that have uploaded at that point of time. You can keep on refreshing the system to check if the previews have been generated or not. It will generally complete the preview generation task in a matter of a minute but if the queue is bigger, things can take a lot more time.
When the files have their previews generated, you will be able to see a small magnifying glass available on their icon. When you click on that icon, the preview of the file will open.
