From setting complex passwords to getting it changed regularly, you can do it all with the help of the ESecurus DMS software. All you need to do is to go to Password Policy settings. Going to this option will certainly help you have all your password related needs covered precisely.
So, you need to first log in with an administrator account and then go to Admin Tools. There you will find the Manage Users option and from their PWD policy. In this segment you will have a lot of actions in options to perform, take a look:
Minimum length — It defines the number of characters to be used while implying passwords.
Uppercase letters — It defines the number of characters to be used in uppercase letters in passwords (A, B, C, D...etc.).
Lowercase letters — It defines the number of characters to be used in lowercase letters in passwords (a, b, c, d, e… etc.).
Special characters — It defines the number of characters to be used in special characters in passwords (! “, #, @, …).
Numbers — It defines the number of digits used in passwords (1, 2, 3, 4, …).
Reuse limit — It defines the number of times the user is using the same old password and is being prevented from.
Password rotation — It defines the number of days when the last password was created and when you need to get it changed.
Enabled And Disabled — The toggle action that will ensure that whether the password policy is effective or not.
